Refund & Return Policy

At Decolyt, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted 3D-printed lamps. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. As our products are made-to-order, we're unable to accept returns due to change of mind after this window.

Damaged or Defective Items If your lamp arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sn3dstudios@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
• Items returned after the 7-day window
• Items without original packaging

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
