Processing Time All Decolyt lamps are made-to-order and typically dispatched within 3–5 business days of your order being placed.

Domestic Shipping (India) We ship across India via standard courier services. Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days after dispatch. Tracking details will be shared once your order is shipped.

International Shipping We ship to select countries worldwide. International orders are typically delivered within 10–20 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and local customs processing.

Customs & Import Duties For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Decolyt is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.

Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your shipment in real time.

Shipping Delays While we do our best to meet estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues or customs. If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out to us at sn3dstudios@gmail.com and we'll investigate promptly.

Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
